ABSTRACT
Decease donor is an important source of organ transplantation and the proper management of deceased donor is essential for successful transplantation. The patients with brain death suffer from circulatory, respiratory and endocrine changes. The neurologists should understand the pathophysiology of brain death-related systemic changes and set up strategy for appropriate management. In this paper, I’d like to introduce guideline for management of deceased donor based on systemic changes.
